Emily Samet
I find great joy in holding space for others to become more fully embodied through yoga. To me, the practice itself is the greatest teacher. I seek to bring the same joy and devotion I feel in my own practice to my teaching. Yoga continuously helps me find new levels of strength and peace within. I honor the unique needs of each individual and seek to create a welcoming atmosphere that supports growth and self-compassion. In addition to teaching yoga, I am an astrologer, herbalist and nutritionist, holding soul-centered evolutionary astrology and wellness sessions. I feel most at home close to nature and love living in the beautiful mountains of Vermont.
