NUTRITION
I use a cutting-edge meal plan that is specifically designed to turn your body into a fat burning machine. Unlike a diet, this food plan will be your introduction to changing how you eat for life. Generally used for three months, it concentrates on the composition of your diet to raise your metabolism and help you build lean muscle. After 3 months or a time period that works for you; I will help you transition into a food plan that will bring you to your natural weight and keep you there.
